A. The entitled and narrow minded don't care. They don't own homes. They don't think it will effect them and the young ones actually think that forcing people to spend 10-20 grand updating their homes will save the spotted grouse.

A. The fetish of the State, supreme expression of the commodity and capital fetishism, creates illusions to the capitalists themselves. For them the State, an expression of social relation, is transformed into a thing or a supreme power able to absorb all the debts and sustain all the capitals in bankruptcy: the bankruptcy of the State (the liquidation of public credit, the default of the public debt, the sinking of the monetary system, the disruption of all inter-state relations) is now in progress as a condensation of the crisis. For the working humanity, the crisis put objectively the question of the State i. e. the question of political power itself. The State, coming forward as the mediator of the systemic contradictions, becomes the… [cont.]

A. Maybe you should post the purpose rather than trying to spread misinformation. Those are standards that must be met if someone is trying to claim they are selling a home that is energy efficient. Kind of like energy star ratings for residential property rather than appliances. There is no inspectors going to be going around forcing you to make your homes a certain way before selling them. Another right-wing lie. Its kind of like the standards for Organic food production and sales. If you claim your food is produced organically, you must comply by the governent standards defining organic crops. Otherwise you can't make that claim. Why are right-wingers always whining about protections for consumers? This is RESNET btw for everyone who… [cont.]
