One can consider regulation as actions of conduct imposing sanctions (such as a fine) going beyond that applying to most economic sectors The economy may be classified into subdivisions called sectors in several ways. Sectors may be further subdivided into subsectors. Public services is also a course that can be studied at college and/or university. These courses can lead entry in to the: police, ambulance and fire services.
